Graham Florence B.Sc.P.T.

Graham graduated from McGill University in 2002 with a BSc in Physiotherapy after completing 3 years of Kinesiology at the University of Western Ontario. He is originally from Lakefield and now resides in Warsaw with his wife and four kids.

Graham has completed all of his training in the Manual and Manipulative Therapy (level 5) from the Orthopaedic Division of the Canadian Physiotherapy Association. As well, Graham has his level 1 Acupuncture and has taken the fit-for golf courses. Graham utilizes joint mobilizations, joint manipulations, exercise therapy, acupuncture, ultrasound and neural mobilization techniques in treating an assortment of spinal dysfunction and upper and lower extremity injuries.

He previously volunteered physiotherapy coverage for the Peterborough Lakers Lacrosse as well as the Peterborough Half Ironman. Graham enjoys all sports and is involved in curling at the Lakefield curling club and also enjoys golfing.

Ryan Freeburn M.Sc.P.T.

Ryan graduated from the University of Toronto with a Masters degree in Physical Therapy after obtaining his Honours Bachelor of Kinesiology degree from York University. Ryan is currently working towards a Diploma of Advanced Manual and Manipulative Therapy from the Canadian Physiotherapy Association and also has training in acupuncture and dry needling. Ryan practiced Physiotherapy in an out-patient physiotherapy setting for two years in North Bay, before coming back to Lakefield to open up FreeFlo Physiotherapy. He uses a variety of techniques including joint mobilization/manipulation, core stabilization and exercise programs, neural tissue mobilization, postural taping, acupuncture and dry needling to help his clients reach their full potential. Ryan grew up in Warsaw and now resides in Woodview with his wife, two daughters and son. While growing up in the area, Ryan was involved in local hockey and baseball leagues. He also enjoys fishing and golfing in his spare time.

Stephanie Bailey M.Sc.PT, MCPA

Steph completed her Master’s degree in Physical Therapy at the University of Toronto in 2013. Prior to this, she obtained her Honours Specialization in Kinesiology from the University of Western Ontario. Steph currently resides in Peterborough, where she grew up.

Steph has been part of the FreeFlo team since 2013 and is working towards her Diploma of Advanced Orthopaedic Manual and Manipulative Physiotherapy. She utilizes soft tissue release, joint and neural mobilization techniques and personalized exercises programs in treating a variety of musculoskeletal injuries.

Active and enthusiastic are two words that accurately describe Steph. She has been involved in martial arts since she was very young: she has her black belt in karate, was an active competitor winning a provincial championship in Muay Thai and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and went on to attend the World’s BJJ tournament in 2016 where she placed third. She also excelled in rugby, playing and captaining for Western University, Ontario and Canada. Steph enjoys being outdoors, snowboarding, waterskiing, and spending time with friends and family.

Emily Lowry MSc.PT

Emily graduated from the University of Toronto, completing her Master's degree in Physical Therapy after completing a 4-year degree in Kinesiology between Trent and Ontario Tech. Emily was born and raised in Bobcaygeon ON.

Prior to her university education, Emily completed the OTA&PTA program at Fleming College where she first met the Free Flo Team after being placed there as a student in 2015. She is overwhelmed with excitement to be apart of the Free Flo Team as a Physiotherapist making it a full circle moment.

Emily has completed Levels 1&2 in Pelvic Floor courses that allow her to treat a variety of pelvic floor conditions. She has also completed an introductory course to acupuncture and dry needling and uses this often in her practice in addition to other treatment techniques.

After meeting Emily, you’ll quickly learn her love for her chocolate lab Ben, as he is the center of her world. She loves the outdoors and hunting. In her spare time, she also enjoys staying active and finding new adventures.

Jennifer Gemmell M.Sc.P.T.

Jennifer earned her Master's degree in Physical Therapy from Queen's University after completing an Honours Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology at McMaster University.

She is dedicated to staying current with the latest research and uses a combination of hands-on treatment, acupuncture, education, and exercise therapy to provide the best care possible.

Jen has further specialized in pelvic floor physiotherapy, with training in trauma-informed care, pelvic floor therapy for female athletes, pregnancy and postpartum care, and pessary management. She also attends annual research updates to ensure she offers the highest quality care in pelvic health.

Jen is passionate about working with athletes and individuals dealing with urinary urgency and frequency, pelvic pain, prolapse, and post-prostatectomy care.

Outside of work, Jen enjoys running, powerlifting, volleyball, and hiking with her Great Dane.

Isabella Crockower MScPT

Bella is a recent graduate of Queen’s University, where she earned her Master’s degree in Physical Therapy after completing a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology at Acadia University in 2023. Born and raised in Lakefield, Bella is thrilled to be back in her hometown and part of the Freeflo team.

During her time at Acadia, Bella had the opportunity to work closely with varsity athletes, including the women’s rugby and men’s hockey teams. It was through these experiences that she discovered her passion for rehabilitation and helping people return to the activities they love.

Bella takes an active, individualized approach to care and enjoys working with people of all ages and activity levels. Whether you’re recovering from an injury, managing chronic pain, or just looking to move better, Bella is committed to helping you reach your goals.

Outside the clinic, Bella enjoys Pilates, weightlifting, and spending quality time with her family and friends.

Alicia J. Gillespie RMT

Alicia graduated from Sir Sandford Fleming College, with an advanced diploma in Massage Therapy. She joined the Freeflo team in 2012. Alicia enjoys working along side her fellow practioners providing a variety of treatments such as WSIB, MVA, MIG and DVA. Alicia enjoys providing a wide variety of techniques and has an interest in the deep tissue, rehabilitative and therapeutic side of treatment. She has experience treating clients who are young, old, have chronic pain, post surgical scar tissue, back pain, work related/overuse injuries, migraines, headaches, and prenatal massage.

Alicia was raised in Douro and still resides in the area. Outside of her practice Alicia can be found showing horses, helping on her family farm, and volunteering in many different local sport organizations. She also enjoys hunting, playing hockey and baseball and spending time with her family and friends.

Breanna Bolton Reception<

Breanna was born and raised in Peterborough. She joined FreeFlo in 2018 and has been an essential part of our front desk team ever since. She graduated from Durham College in 2017 with a diploma in Medical Administration and brings both professionalism and compassion to her role every day. Breanna is known for her approachable personality, attention to detail, and genuine care for every patient who walks through our doors.

At FreeFlo, Breanna oversees all administrative operations, including scheduling, patient intake, and coordination of services. She specializes in handling direct billing and insurance claims, including motor vehicle accidents and WSIB. She strives to ensure a smooth and stress-free process for our patients. Her strong organizational skills and knowledge of the healthcare system help keep our clinic running efficiently and effectively.

Breanna is passionate about creating a welcoming environment and is always happy to assist with any questions or concerns. She loves getting to know our patients and takes pride in helping them navigate their healthcare journey with ease.

Outside the clinic, Breanna stays active at the gym and enjoys spending quality time with her friends and family. She's an avid traveler, always on the lookout for new adventures, and loves exploring local coffee shops and restaurants. Whether it’s discovering a hidden gem in town with her boyfriend or planning their next getaway together, Breanna brings the same enthusiasm to her personal life as she does to her role at FreeFlo.
